If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Here’s how our return and exchange process works.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
- Want a different size or colour? We’re happy to exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at richsoulwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
